Bare Ritual Sauna operates Bare Ritual Booking Operations to administer its sauna bookings and customer communications.
Information we handle
Depending on what you provide and the services you use, our booking systems may process:
- Your name, email address, and other contact details you supply.
- Order numbers, booked dates and times, ticket quantities, and estimated group sizes.
- Purchase amounts, discounts, payment status, refunds, and booking history.
- Inquiry messages, booking-related replies, and email sending or delivery status.
- Operational records needed to maintain and troubleshoot the service.
Payments are handled through our checkout and payment providers.
How we use information
We use this information to manage bookings and availability, prepare session rosters, send confirmations and reminders, respond to inquiries, resolve booking issues, and maintain business records.
We also use purchase history to understand repeat business and customer revenue after discounts and refunds.
A booking does not automatically enroll you in marketing communications.
Service providers and access
We use Squarespace for commerce, Google Workspace for email, Supabase for operational data, and OpenAI services to support our dashboard and assisted business operations. Relevant information may be processed by these providers to deliver those services.
Access to the operational dashboard is restricted to authorized Bare Ritual personnel. Customer rosters are not public.
We do not sell customer information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this application. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate misuse, or defend legal rights.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to administer bookings, support customers, maintain business and accounting records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention needs vary by record type.
We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Contact hello@bareritualsauna.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Booking confirmations and service updates are operational communications. You may contact us about communication preferences; marketing unsubscribe requests are handled separately.
