Bare Ritual Booking Operations — Terms of Use

Bare Ritual Booking Operations is an internal application operated by Bare Ritual Sauna.
Purpose
The application helps Bare Ritual manage bookings, customer records, session rosters, availability, and booking-related communications. When connected and enabled, it uses Squarespace order information to coordinate community and private session availability.
Authorized access
Application access is restricted to authorized Bare Ritual personnel. Customers do not need an application account to book a session or receive booking emails.
Authorized users must protect account credentials, use customer information only for legitimate business purposes, and report suspected unauthorized access to hello@bareritualsauna.com.
Bookings and availability
The application supports booking administration. Synchronization or communication delays can occur. Bare Ritual reviews conflicting bookings and other exceptions directly.
These terms do not change the price, cancellation terms, or other conditions presented to customers when they book. They are not a sauna participation waiver.
Connected services
The application relies on services including Squarespace, Google Workspace, Supabase, and the hosting services supporting Bare Ritual’s dashboard. Those services have their own terms and may experience interruptions or changes.
The application is operated by Bare Ritual and is not a Squarespace product.
Privacy
Customer information is handled as described in the Bare Ritual Booking Operations Privacy Policy.
Suspension and changes
Bare Ritual may suspend the application or disconnect integrations for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Disconnecting an integration does not itself cancel existing customer bookings.
We may update these terms as the application changes. The current version and effective date will appear on this page.
